Tandoor cook wanted in Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Montgomery County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
