Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cavalier County, North Dakota. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Meals and transport allowance provided.
