We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Vernon County, Missouri. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Day to day you will hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; insulate and ventilate the roof void; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
