What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions.
