Mechanical press operator • Newton County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Newton County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Rotating shifts.
