QC inspector • Scott County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Scott County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
