Powder coating technician • Seneca County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Seneca County, New York. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
