You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain The role involves erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
