Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Saline County, Missouri. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Your main tasks: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
