Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Woodward County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
