TIG welder • Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
