Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
