The role involves: • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals • Clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms • Sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns You should have: • Basic English/Hindi to read room status and checklists • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
