What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes You will apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
