Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Madison County, New York. You should have: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience The role involves: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site Full-time with occasional weekends.
