Reinforcement fitter wanted in Wiltshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Wiltshire, England. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules 4+ years on the tools preferred.
