Day-to-day duties: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Rotating shifts.
