Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Dallas County, Missouri. The role involves: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
