Now hiring: production welder (Massachusetts)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Hampden County, Massachusetts. The job is at an automobile body shop. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Your main tasks: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
