Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
