Sheet metal press operator — Tarauni

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Tarauni, Kano State. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Day to day you will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Pay around ₦270,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
