Formwork carpenter • Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. You should have: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦250,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
