Scaffolding erector — Livingston Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. On a typical shift you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts. What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
