Urgent requirement: paint and prep technician (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Ventura County, California. The job is at a busy body shop. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
