Machine operator wanted in Lac qui Parle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges The role involves: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
