Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Fayette County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves measure rope tension and check for broken strands; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake.
