Glazing assistant • Etowah County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Etowah County, Alabama. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Install toughened and laminated safety glass Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
