Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Mineral County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
