Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Belmont County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage Your main tasks: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush We offer $250 per day plus benefits.
