Now hiring: sand plant operator (Bayelsa State)

Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. You will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
