Baker wanted in Orkney Islands

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Orkney Islands, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
