Powder coater — Perquimans County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Perquimans County, North Carolina. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
