Quality control inspector wanted in Cumberland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Cumberland County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
