We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Macon County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards Ideal candidate: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
