Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will work at an automotive components factory. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
