Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Carroll County, Kentucky. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
