Wood machinist wanted in Louisa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in Louisa County, Virginia. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
