Urgent requirement: head baker (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Amite County, Mississippi. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience.
