Conventional mill operator • Chouteau County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Chouteau County, Montana. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
