Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Switzerland County, Indiana. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
