Waterproofing applicator wanted in Essex County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Essex County, Massachusetts. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
