Paint booth operator • Otsego County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Otsego County, New York. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
