Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Pickens County, South Carolina. You will work at an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Refuel the machine and record running hours What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant 4+ years on the tools preferred.
