Great opportunity: cement mason (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cement mason in Jackson County, Ohio. The role involves: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
