Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
