Paint booth operator wanted in Fremont County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Fremont County, Wyoming. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
