Great opportunity: concrete worker (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Scott County, Arkansas. You will be based on a road and bridge project. You will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
