Concrete labourer • Jackson County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Jackson County, Missouri. The role involves: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
