We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Reynolds County, Missouri. You should have: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal On the job you will handle: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
