We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Latah County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise You will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
